Is this another Shopify app I have to install?
No. The agents run on Base44, a separate platform that connects to Shopify via API. Nothing installs in your Shopify admin. Your store stays clean.
How long does setup actually take?
10 to 20 minutes for the first agent. You connect Shopify, your inbox (Gmail or Outlook), and your tracking provider (AfterShip, 17track) via one-click OAuth. Then you tell the agent the tone you want. After that, it runs.
Will it work with AutoDS, AliExpress, Spocket, or US suppliers?
Yes for tracking emails, refunds, and reviews. The agents work off the order data already in Shopify, regardless of where the order was sourced. No supplier-specific setup needed.
I'm just starting out. Should I use this?
Not yet. This is built for stores doing 50+ orders a month. If you have less ticket volume than that, the agent does not save you enough hours to justify the setup. Come back when you scale.
